Product Details:
Noir, meaning “black,” is made by skin-fermenting premium grapes at a warm temperature, encouraging a
subsequent malo-lactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in oak to provide a“just right” complexity of fruit and
oak flavors. As a result of our careful nurturing, you can enjoyadistinctive, deep, dark red wineofmellow
character, ideal for further aging. This wine is best served at a cool room temperature with veal, pasta and aged
mellow cheeses.
