Hot Pepper & Raspberry Wine Jelly is the result of our winemaker’s very special blending technique that heightens each ingredient’s individual flavor, providing a truly unique taste experience… a sumptuous surprise hors d’oeuvre, well served in combination with cream cheese on crackers. Also, you can warm and slightly liquefy it as a glaze for meats. Our favorite is to pour the warmed jar over a wheel of Brie cheese and serve to guests with crackers or pretzels.
