Made from full-bodied Noiret wine aged in bourbon barrels, this port-style dessert wine has excellent integrated flavors. Not as heavy as traditional port, this is a delicious accompaniment to desserts (especially chocolate) and coffee. Noiret is an exciting new deep-red grape that was introduced by the Geneva Experiment Station of Cornell University.
